Obviously, you should try to bring relevant copies of your medical records with you. Be sure that your employer is getting you a work permit and National Health Insurance immediately upon the beginning of your teaching schedule too ...... some employers don't do that (sometimes dealing with "paperwork" for many weeks later in fact) .... and in your situation that could be very inadvisable and inconvenient.
