That swine Trudeau will tell you about gymnema sylvestre – which does balance out sugar, but in 98% of people who have been formally diagnosed with diabetes, it just wont cut the mustard
If you want to look up that herb, please do. I suggest everyone educate themselves to options – but whatever it is you do read, read with a healthy dose of skepticism, please. There are plenty of people on the internet who would sell you thier own mother for only $9.95
Google pubmed – then plug gymnema into the search engine (I would do it here, but its an internal serach engine, and any link I put here wont actually take you there) – - that will give you the results of peer reviewed studies on the matter – - and there are some…so its worth looking.
Dietary changes and excercise – thats your best bet – and I’m sure your doctor has suggested it. Please take it into consideration.
