I have been a diabetic for 29 years and you must injest 4 units of air into insulin bottle prior to aspirating insulin into syringe. NOTE: INSULIN IS MEASURED IN UNTIS, 4CC would kill THE CAT!!!!!!

Mistakes1- it is ok to scruff a cat, but not often necessary at home and will usually make them angry! Try without first! 2- NEVER shake insulin, GENTLY roll it. 3- Giving units of insulin NOT CC’s. A huge difference! 4cc would kill this cat4- you can give it on the neck, but it’s not ideal. Insulin best absorbed from the sides. Alternate spots left to right. Check with your vet to learn it correctly!
