I am asking this question for my mother in law who is visiting us from Africa and who is diabetic. We were able to obtain a glucose monitor for her, howerver she is in need of testing strips and lancets to take with her when she returns home in October. Any help would be most appreciated.

First find your local free or reduced cost health clinic is. If you already have a regular affordable doctor that is fine too. Talk to your doctor. Many of the pharmecutical companies give medications freely to poor people. Your doctor will have the information and/or applications you will need.
