Fear mongering and ill-informed sources are the tactics that got diabetes in the mess it resides TODAY. If you want to start hashing FACTS — read the books. You seem to be contented with genetically modified analogues. It is obvious you have not experienced the reality of diabetes dangers = before AND after GMO analogues. Your comments are spoken truly from the perspective of an uninformed, callou$ed robot.

You are alive because of science yet you feel you have the right to shit on science! Shame on you for spreading your ill informed lies. Justify your argument with information instead of just your fear mongering, weasel words and false analogies. Where are the facts? Where are your sources?

Hey Footloose4Ever –The important thing to realize is that the CHOICE of natural insulin no longer exists. It is something that should be an OPTION for people with insulin-dependent diabetes: GMO versus natural insulin. Some people cannot use GMO analogues. Some people prefer insulin from a natural source (beef or pork). In a country like America — there shouldn’t be a CHOICE.

Your right. I’m going to stop taking my insulin shots today, and put my blood sugar level in the hands of original creator.

Im using Novo Rapid and LevmirLevmir doesn’t seem to work as well as Protophane. More stable but less potent.Novo Rapid sure works, but since using these insulin’s I get a burning sensation on my tongue and I don’t feel my hypos as well as I used to, (central nervous system issue?) I was told I don’t feel the hypos due to having many hypos over the years my body has become more tolerant??
