I am tired of yogurt, cottage cheese, graham crackers, etc. I want to go back to really looking forward to my nightime snack again. Does anyone have any really good suggestions.

I fell asleep really early and didn’t wake up till the next morning. If anyone that is diabetic on insulin and has ran into this situation , can you tell me what the normal thing to do is , just skip it all together or take it the following morning.
