what is the cost of living in Reading, UK?

my husband is being offered a job in reading, UK. we need to know the monthly cost of living there before we make a decision of whether to accept the job. Could you please give us an idea of how much the following cost:

1. accommodation(one bedroom flat or studio)
2. living expenses (for two adults and one child)
3. utilities(electricity/water/internet, tv)
4. education ( my son is in pre-school)
5. medical costs/medicines (for a diabetic)
6. transportation
