She is not big on cooking in the morning. She is a teacher as well so she needs something portable if at all possible.

Do you sometimes have a change in the smell of urine, or aches…

My aunt has been diagnosed with diabetes and was told by the doctor to start and ADA,AHA diet. She didn’t obtain further information from the doctor (which looks like I will have to prod her to do) and she wants to know what types of things she is able to eat. I’ve researched and not found an actual “diet” by this name. Any answers will be greatly appreciated!

I have a history of diabetes in me family. I have all the symptoms of type 2. I’m just curious about what is a good/normal blood sugar level on a normal day for some one who has not fasted or done anything special.

A lady that I take care of is a diabetic and was just put on a gluten free diet. I’m having problems finding websites that can work with both diets. If anyone can help. I would really appreciate it!
