Type 2 Diabetes. Is It Really Worth Taking Diaformin?
hi I did put a question about diabetes and the fact that i had thrown aw ay my diaformin after taking an indian herb. well lots of people asked me about it. the herb is called in tamil language sirukurinjan in english it may be known as acacia. anyway the company who supplied this herb is in madras india their phone number is 0011914428496691. the herb as i said is called sirukurinjan and costs about 6 bucks for 100 capsules. I am going to continue using it because it lowers my sugar levels and doesnt cause the bad side effects I was getting with diaformin. I do look after my health. I walk every day for 20 mins , I avoid sweets completely although there is a sweet available from america which has no sugar in it. I grill my fish and chicken. I do not use any oil at all in food preparation , if I have to fry an egg ill do it with water. in the evening I eat staemed vegetables mainly. I eat toast italian style bread with no butter. vit a brits is my morning breakfast
There is only way to find out. Take glucose level readings every morning before breakfast.

Fat slows the time taken for carbs to turn into sugar.
