    After 20 min. Of cardio on an empty stomach in the morning do you recommend protein and fat bfast, or should you refill glycogen with carbs an hour after?

    Awesome! Any advice on training or postworkout nutrition ? I work 5pm-5am so my bodyclock is a little screwed up I sleep from 7am-3pm Ive lost 60 lbs. Since feb. And want to build lean mass and burn bodyfat! All the best to you and yours!
