My pain starts at 5 pm. So at 4 pm I take 2 tramadol and am good for the night. Before tramadol I could not sleep at all. Period. Also A tri cyclic work better than Neurontin. And much cheaper. Because the pain is usually worse at night, patients take the medication at night and it seems to help them sleep.
